These Terms govern use of Threeoz Order Monitor, a private internal order-administration application operated by Accessories by Threeoz. By authorizing or using the application, the authorized user agrees to these Terms.
Threeoz Order Monitor connects to an authorized business Gmail account to identify WordPress order-notification emails, extract submitted order information, send receipt acknowledgements, apply processing labels, prevent duplicate processing, and deliver operational notifications to an authorized team channel.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order submission only. It does not confirm stock, acceptance of an order, dispatch, delivery timing, customer eligibility, address accuracy, or completion of payment. These matters remain subject to human verification by Accessories by Threeoz.
The application may be authorized only by the owner of the connected Google account or a person with lawful authority to grant access on behalf of Accessories by Threeoz. Access is restricted to approved personnel. Users must not share credentials, authorization codes, or application access with unauthorized persons.
Users must use the application only for legitimate Accessories by Threeoz order administration and related customer support. Users must not:
Authorized users are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information, protecting their Google account, enabling appropriate security controls, reviewing order details before fulfilment, and complying with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, marketing, and record-keeping laws.
Use of information through the application is governed by the Threeoz Order Monitor Privacy Policy. The Google account owner may revoke access through Google Account permissions.
The application may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Accessories by Threeoz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should maintain appropriate human oversight and should not rely on automation as the sole record of an order.
Access may be suspended or terminated if authorization is withdrawn, these Terms are violated, the connected account becomes unavailable, Google API access changes, or continued operation presents a legal, privacy, or security risk. On termination, access tokens should be revoked and retained data will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable record-retention obligations.
The application, workflow, website content, and associated branding are owned by or licensed to Accessories by Threeoz. These Terms grant no right to copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the application or branding.
The application is provided for internal operational support on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Accessories by Threeoz disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from service interruptions, delayed notifications, incorrect source data, unauthorized access caused by a user, or reliance on an automated acknowledgement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.
These Terms may be revised to reflect changes in the application, law, security requirements, or business operations. Continued authorized use after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
