This policy applies to Threeoz Order Monitor, a private internal application operated by Accessories by Threeoz through threeozaffaires.com. The application is used to support customer-order administration and is not offered as a public consumer application.
Threeoz Order Monitor helps authorized Accessories by Threeoz personnel detect order-notification emails, extract the information submitted with an order, send a receipt acknowledgement to the customer, label processed messages, prevent duplicate processing, and notify the authorized operations team that an order requires follow-up.
When the Google account owner authorizes the application, it may access Gmail information necessary for this workflow, including:
The application does not request access to a customer’s Google account. Its Google API access is limited to the business Gmail account that an authorized account owner connects.
Information obtained through Google APIs and order notifications is used only to:
Threeoz Order Monitor does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or the sale of personal information.
Order information may be shared with authorized Accessories by Threeoz personnel who need it to verify, fulfil, support, or audit an order. Necessary data may also be processed by service providers used to operate the workflow, including Google for email services, the website hosting provider, and the configured team-notification platform. Information is not sold or rented to third parties.
Threeoz Order Monitor’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The application may retain message identifiers, processing timestamps, acknowledgement status, order details, and operational logs for order fulfilment, duplicate prevention, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations. Records that are no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.
The Google account owner can revoke the application’s access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future Gmail access but may not automatically erase records already retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Customers or account users may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing abythreeoz@gmail.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal or record-retention requirements.
The application is not directed to children and does not knowingly invite children to authorize Google account access. If information relating to a minor appears in an order submitted by an adult, it is handled only as necessary to process that order and protect the individuals involved.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application, business operations, legal requirements, or Google API policies. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are published.
